Phabian “S-Quire” Winfield leads the creative, strategic, and operational direction of RITENOWMUZIC LLC. He develops the company’s films, tours, books, content, and brand identity. He oversees all major decisions involving company growth.
RUBI CAPELLAN
Director of Events & Production Operations
Rubi oversees all live events, school tours, screenings, and branded experiences. She manages run-of-show, staffing, logistics, venue communication, and on-site execution to ensure every production is delivered professionally and smoothly.
ADARLIN BATISTA
Director of Public Relations & Digital Communication
Leads press outreach, interview coordination, brand messaging, and media communication. Adarlin also manages the company’s social media strategy, content scheduling, online engagement, and promotional campaigns connecting the RITENOWMUZIC LLC brand.
SHEMIA HARPER
Stage & Backstage Operations Manager
Shamia manages backstage flow, performer readiness, access control, and stage cue coordination. She ensures smooth transitions and maintains a structured and supportive environment behind the scenes at all events.
OSCAR JIMINEZ
Senior Technical Operations Manager
Oscar oversees technical setup, stage readiness, equipment load-in/load-out, backstage flow, and production transition management. He supervises technical staff including assisting the Director of Events with venue workflow.
KACEY CARRENO
Front-of-House & Merchandising Manager
Kasey leads guest entry, line flow, seating coordination, and merchandise operations. She creates a welcoming, organized, and branded front-of-house experience for all attendees.
