Ruby oversees all live events, school tours, screenings, and branded experiences. She manages run-of-show, staffing, logistics, venue communication, and on-site execution to ensure every production is delivered professionally and smoothly.

Shamia manages backstage flow, performer readiness, access control, and stage cue coordination. She ensures smooth transitions and maintains a structured and supportive environment behind the scenes at all events.
